Partner with the client to create a joint Coreclusion / Client project team to implement the project measuring progress against the identified Critical Success Factors and deliverables. Utilize prototypes and extensive planning and design documentation to ensure the client receives and understands the system that will meet or exceed the business requirements. This approach is completed in milestones. As each milestone is executed we jointly review, assess, and sign off prior to moving on to the next initiative. This ensures that the requirements and metrics of each milestone have been met, tested and understood by all parties.

Meet regularly with a joint steering committee, consisting of client and Coreclusion management to evaluate the success of the project and review and approve deliverables.
